Does it hurt?
While we use numbing cream to ensure the treatment is as comfortable as possible, we cannot answer this question with a single answer. Everybody is different and some may not feel it, while some find it incredibly uncomfortable.
Most people are somewhere in between this.
Will they be dark?
We always expect the pigment to look slightly darker when we do the first treatment, it does generally fade a lot as it heals and people often come back for their second treatment wanting it darker. We have a large variety of pigments to suit all skin tones and are able to match these to you best as possible prior to the treatment. We generally like to err on the side of caution for the first treatment until we know how your skin will take to the pigment. It's always easier to go darker than it is to go lighter.
We are a DCC approved clinic. We use only the highest quality products and we only use single-use blades.
Cancellation Policy
We value our clients and aim to accommodate booking needs as best we can and so we have implemented a cancellation policy* to ensure no one misses out. We appreciate that certain unexpected circumstances mean you are unable to attend your appointment and in these instances, we will consider waiving our cancellation fee however in all other instances we ask that you kindly notify us of any cancellation or change to your appointment no later than 8am, 1 day prior to your appointment. *Our Cancellation Policy: No cancellation fee is payable on bookings canceled up to 8am, 1 day prior to your appointment. A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the value of the service booked will be charged for all cancellations received from 8am to 5pm, 1 day prior to your appointment. A cancellation fee equal to 100% of the value of the service booked will be charged for cancellations received on the day of your appointment. A no-show fee equal to 100% of the value of the service booked will be charged where no notice of cancellation is received.
